We offer classes, workshops and private coaching in Yoga and Pilates to facilitate our client’s path to optimal health and well-being. Our classes integrate physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health through movement, breath, and focused awareness. Taking our practice off the mat, we work toward the optimal health and well being of our community.
Live Well is a community that practices together for the better of us all. We gather, hug, sweat, laugh, sing and grow together. Our inspiration to continue our practice is fed as our community grows and we see the transformation of practice in each other.
Kristina and Lisa launched Live Well Studio, a center for Yoga and Pilates, to enhance personal wellness and the health of our community at large. We know from personal experience that these practices transform lives, improve health and make us happier people. We are passionate about offering services that will help quiet the mind, increase flexibility, strength and grace while improving overall health and wellness. Live Well is our way of sharing our passion and love for Yoga and Pilates.
Live Well Studio is proud to hold space for an extraordinary group of teachers and leaders. They offer over 40 weekly classes as well as specialty workshops, individual coaching and small group instruction for special communities such as, weight management, coping with anxiety or depression, attention deficit disorder, or specific injuries. These tailored small group classes bring hope and health to our clients.
